Item Availability:
Due to the high demand among our Pappagallo customers, especially
during the Spring & Summer seasons, we may be temporarily out of
stock of an item you have ordered. However, we will do our best to
provide you with that item as quickly as possible. If your order
consists of multiple items, we will ship what is in stock and contact
you with the backorder status.
Credit Cards:
For your convenience, Pappagallo accepts all major credit cards including:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Sales Tax:
Pappagallo is located in Ocean City, New Jersey. Therefore, orders that are
being shipped to customers in New Jersey will only be charged sales tax on
accessories, such as jewelry, handbags, belts, headbands, etc.
Return Policy:
For online orders, we have a return period of 30 days. If you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly credit your charge
if the item is returned within those 30 days from the date of purchase.
If you would simply like to exchange an item for size or color, we will

First and foremost, we want this to be a pleasant and easy shopping

Shipping & Handling:
Immediately following your order placement, you will receive an
email which will confirm that your order has been received. Once,
we enter your credit card information, you will receive a
confirmation email as well. Expect 3-5 business days for shipping.
A $10 shipping fee will be added to your order total.
